Following is a list of the Boards and Committees of our church: As with all meetings in our church, these are open to all members and friends of the church, though only members of the Boards will be able to vote on issues.

CHURCH BOARDS
DIACONATE BOARD (Chairperson: Jim Schuyler)
It is the duty of this Board, together with the Minister, to look after the spiritual interest of the church, to take an active interest in the sick and the needy, to secure supplies for the pulpit in case of vacancy, and to provide for the administration of the Lord's Supper.
BOARD OF TRUSTEES (Chairperson: Gerald Cole)
This Board shall receive and disburse all funds required for the corporate life of the church as the church may direct. They shall be in charge of personnel (with exception of the Minister). They shall also be in charge of the physical upkeep of church property.
BOARD OF CHRISTIAN EDUCATION (Chairperson: Cheryl Cole)
The duty of this Board is to outline and promote an efffective, church-wide plan of Christian Education.
BENEVOLENCE BOARD (Chairperson: Betty Murray)
This Board shall, with the Minister, seek to awaken an intelligent interest in the larger service of the Congregational Churches, both at home and abroad, and have general oversight of raising and disbursing the benevolence funds of the church in cooperation with the Treasurer.
YOUTH FELLOWSHIP BOARD (Chairperson: Michelle Cole)
The Board shall be charged with recruiting and holding young people leaving the charge of Christian Education Committee through the first year after high school.
CHURCH COMMITTEES
PRUDENTIAL COMMITTEE (Chairperson: Jack Fries)
This committee is composed of all Board and Committee chairpersons. Its purpose is to promote harmony between its various Boards and Committees and to make recommendations to these ends.
NOMINATING COMMITTEE
The Nominating Committee shall prepare a slate of candidates for all open positions and present same at the Annual Meeting. Further, they shall present nominations to fill vacancies that occur throughout the year.
FINANCE COMMITTEE (Chairperson: Matt Blight)
This committee consists of all Trustees plus three other members of the congregation. They are responsible for establishment of the Annual Budget, general financial oversight of the Church, allocating funds of the Church as necessry to address short-term needs of the Church, and directing the Treasurer as necessary regarding financial matters of the Church.
PULPIT SEARCH COMMITTEE
LIVING MEMORIAL TRUST COMMITTEE (Chairperson: Matt Blight)
The duty of this committee is to receive designated donations of money and/or assets. The assets received will remain in perpetuity for the support of the church.
MEMORIAL AND GIFT COMMITTEE (Chairperson: Jim Schyler)
It shall be the duty of this committee to receive receipts for designated and undesignated gifts and memorials and bequests of money and/or assets.
FAMILY FUND COMMITTEE
There shall be a three-member Family Fund Committee appointed by the Board of Deacons, for the relief of Members and their households and Friends of the Church and their households.
PASTORAL RELATIONS COMMITTEE
It shall be the duty of this committee to create a flow of communication between the church and the pastor and between the pastor and the church.
