Sunday School Time

Sunday
School classes meet downstairs following the Children's Period in the worship
service for
children from
kindergarten through fifth grade. Sunday School Begins around10:15.

Unique Learning Program
|
Our church has a
unique Sunday School program. We teach our children a Bible story where
they learn new Scripture verses each week. We encourage the children to bring
their Bibles and a friend to church with them. Take home lessons are given
to the parents to help further discussion on the lesson and to encourage the
children to memorize the Bible verse for the week. Children who either memorize
the Scripture verse, bring their Bible, attend Kids Church, and or bring a
friend are rewarded with Bible bucks that they can use to redeem for toys and
candy once amonth in our Bible Bucks Store.
During the children's songs and scripture memorization all ages groups are
brought together to participate with each other. Once song time and scripture
memorization are done the children split up into age appropriate groups to learn
the same lesson modified for each specific age group. Each
lesson that is taught to the kids is interactive with some lessons involving a
movie, a cooking project, crafts, and other projects. |

office. A background check is done for all those who would like to work
within the children's ministry department.
