LOAVES AND FISHES NEED IS GREAT!    Your wonderful contributions to Loaves and Fishes Food Bank have been outstanding, and a real Godsend to those in need.  If you are able, your donations can be brought to the church, or you can take them to the Vernon United Methodist Church back entrance any Wednesday from about 9:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.  Your support is deeply appreciated!

BENEVOLENCE BOARD GIVING TO LOAVES AND FISHES, CARE TO JOIN US? Because of the need to help folk in our area right now, the Benevolence Board has voted to reduce our giving to our regular places from $300 to $200 per month, and give the extra money to Loaves and Fishes.  Your gift can increase this donation.  Please consider giving right now to Benevolence, if you can (mark it for Loaves and Fishes), and the monies will be given right away to help.  The minister has stated the need for some time now, and we do need to help folks with their food and utility bills, when we are able.

RESPITE THANKS YOU!  Respite of Shiawassee is very grateful for all your donations of items for this year's Caregiver Baskets, as well as for the baskets donated!  Your support of this program is sincerely appreciated.
